Are there any sales targets?
No. We don’t set sales targets or put pressure on our affiliates to generate a certain number of orders.
We’re pretty hands-off and laid-back when it comes to how you share Herbs of Grace. We want recommendations to feel natural, genuine and right for the person you’re recommending our products to.
We’ll never encourage you to push a sale where it doesn’t feel appropriate. Share Herbs of Grace when it feels right, and there’ll be no pressure from us if it doesn’t.
How much commission will I earn?
As a Herbs of Grace affiliate, you’ll earn 15% commission on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link.
You’ll be able to keep track of your sales and commission through your affiliate dashboard, so you can always see how your recommendations are performing.
How do I cash out my commission?
Once your available commission reaches the minimum £20 payout threshold, a button will appear within your affiliate dashboard allowing you to request a payout.
Simply click the button and make sure your payout details have been added to your account. We’ll typically process your payment within 7 days of your request.
Can I access support?
Absolutely. Herbs of Grace is a small, female-owned business, and we genuinely appreciate every single person who chooses to support and recommend our products.

Can I be an affiliate if I’m already part of the Practitioners Programme?
Yes! You can absolutely be part of both.
Our Practitioner Programme is designed for practitioners who want to stock Herbs of Grace products and sell them directly to their clients, while our Affiliate Programme allows you to refer clients to our website and earn 15% commission on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link.
Being part of both gives you the flexibility to stock products for clients who want to purchase there and then, while using your affiliate link when it makes more sense for them to order directly from Herbs of Grace.
How do I join the Herbs of Grace Affiliate Programme?
Simply complete our application through the UpPromote affiliate portal.
Tell us a little about yourself and how you plan to recommend Herbs of Grace. We’ll review your application and, if approved, you’ll receive everything you need to get started.
How will I know if I’ve been accepted?
Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive an automated welcome email.
This will include a video guide showing you how to use the affiliate platform, along with a login link to access your portal.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to access your unique affiliate link and start sharing Herbs of Grace.
Where will I find my affiliate link?
Once you’ve been accepted into the programme, log in to your affiliate portal and select Dashboard from the dropdown menu.
You’ll find your unique link under the Affiliate Link section of the page. From here, you can simply copy your link and start sharing it with your clients, customers, followers or community.
How do I know if I’ve made any sales?
You’ll be able to see everything from within your affiliate portal.
We use UpPromote Affiliate to give our affiliates a transparent view of their performance, including referrals, qualifying sales and commission.
Simply log in to your dashboard whenever you want to check how things are going – so you’ll always know exactly where you’re at.
Do I need to buy or hold Herbs of Grace stock?
No. There’s no requirement to purchase products or hold stock to become a Herbs of Grace affiliate.
You simply recommend Herbs of Grace using your unique affiliate link. When someone follows your link and places a qualifying order, we take care of the payment, stock, packing and delivery, and you earn your affiliate commission.
If you would prefer to stock Herbs of Grace products and sell them directly to clients, take a look at our Practitioners Programme. You can be part of both programmes.
Do I need a large social media following to become an affiliate?
Not at all.
Our Affiliate Programme is open to more than traditional influencers and content creators. You might be a herbal wellness enthusiast, practitioner, clinic, wellness business, blogger, content creator or simply someone with an engaged community who trusts your recommendations.
For us, genuine enthusiasm for health and wellbeing and the ability to make trusted, appropriate recommendations are far more important than follower numbers.
Does someone have to use my affiliate link for me to earn commission?
Yes. For a sale to be attributed to you and for you to earn commission, the customer must purchase through your unique affiliate link.
Simply recommending Herbs of Grace or telling someone about our products isn’t enough for the sale to be automatically connected to your affiliate account. Your unique link is what allows our affiliate platform to track the referral and attribute any qualifying purchase to you.
We therefore recommend making it as easy as possible for clients, customers, followers or friends to access and shop through your link whenever you recommend Herbs of Grace.
If a purchase isn’t tracked through your affiliate link, we cannot retrospectively attribute it to your account for commission to be paid.
