Nutritional Information

Each capsule contains a minimum of 380mg 100% pure powdered. Capsule shell: HPMC (Suitable for vegetarians and vegans) Contains no fillers, binders or artificial ingredients.

Yellow Dock Root (Rumex Crispus) Psyllium Husks (Plantago psyllium) Dandelion Root (taraxacum offinalis) German Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria resutita) Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare) Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) Cayenne (Capsicum frutescens)

Directions

1-2 Capsules up to three times daily with a large glass of water, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substiute for a varied and balanced diet. Caution. Avoid if suffering from bile duct or gall bladder obstructions. Excessive doses can cause nausea so do not exceed recommended dosage. Avoid if suffering from gall stones or peptic ulcers and if on anticoagulants. Check with a medical herbalist if suffering from high blood pressure, oedema or congestive heart disease, or if taking prednisolone. Do not exceed recommended dosage as can over-stimulate the nervous system.
