Sage Leaf (Salvia officinalis): Has been used for many years to help reduce menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats and insomnia. Relieves mild anxiety and can lift mild depression NB avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not advised in high doses or over prolonged periods
Red Clover Flowers (Trifolium pratense): Known as a phyto-oestrogen, they help to regulate hormone production and the menopausal symptoms of hot flushes, night sweats and insomnia. They may encourage post-menopausal calcium storage in the bones, helping to prevent osteoporosis NB: check with a Medical Herbalist before taking with anti-coagulant drugs or the contraceptive pill
Schisandra Berry (Schisandra chinensis): Relieves night sweats and low libido during menopause. Is an adaptogenic herb, one of a class of family which helps the body cope with both physical and mental stress. It helps treat anxiety, mild depression, fatigue, and insomnia. Aids memory and concentration NB traditionally avoided in pregnancy except to assist in childbirth
Alfalfa Leaf (Medicago sativa): Helps regulate oestrogen production and reduce menopausal symptoms NB best avoided with oestrogen sensitive breast cancer
Shatavari Root (Asparagus racemosa): Helps regulate oestrogen production and reduce menopausal symptoms. Aids memory. Is another adaptogenic herb. It increases energy, reduces stress, helps treat anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Soothes and aids the treatment of cystitis and other urinary tract infections
Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Has some phyto-oestrogenic properties to aid the symptoms of menopause. Is another adaptogenic herb. It increases energy, reduces stress, helps treat anxiety, depression, and insomnia NB check with a Medical Herbalist if suffering from high blood pressure, oedema or congestive heart disease, or if taking prednisolone

Each capsule contains a minimum of 400mg 100% pure powdered herb.

Directions for use
