Following 4 years training, Sam qualified from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London. As a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists, she is bound by their strict code of practice and ethics. Sam works from her own practice, Absolute Nutrition, in Thatcham and within clinics in Wokingham and Marlow. Sam also works with 'Sticky Mitts' a children's Home Cookery Course Company, prioviding her with an in-depth knowledge of children's nutrition.
