Kristina Tokarova-Itraj holds a postgraduate diploma and a BSc in Ayurvedic Medicine from the College of Ayurveda, Middlesex University. In addition, she has gained significant and varied practical experience at a specialist Ayurvedic hospital in Pune, India where she has been responsible for patient care. Kristina is currently undertaking research on the pathophysiology and management of Multiple Sclerosis in Ayurveda.

Kristina is a full member of the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association and has a deep passion for Ayurveda.
