I have 43 years experience practicing and teaching in the field of health. I practice currently as a counsellor both privately and with a GP practice and as a health advisor privately. I am a registered nurse and qualified teacher with additional qualifications in obstetrics, iridology, nutrition and counselling. Currently I am in the third year of a four year training programme in advanced psychotherapy which is also a masters degree. I am very interested in Ayurvedic medicine and am studying with the Chopra Centre in California on their Creating Health programme, teacher's path. I am intending to enter for teacher certification for this programme later this year. I continue to attend many seminars given by Patrick Holford on optimum nutrition.
