Vaidya Atreya Smith, BSc, MA (ayur), is the director of the European Institute of Vedic Studies in France, Switzerland and the UK (EIVS Ltd.), Bristol. He used to work with Herbs of Grace from 97 to 99 when he was consulting in London. Atreya has begun consulting again in various places in Europe and would love to work with HofG again.

Vaidya Atreya Smith, BSc, MA (ayur), is the director of the European Institute of Vedic Studies in France, Switzerland and the UK (EIVS Ltd.), Bristol. He si the author of six books and three text books in Ayurveda. In professional practice since 1987 he is a member of the American Herbalist Guild since 2000. He has just finished his doctorate thesis in Ayurvedic pharmocology and hopes to be first Westerner to recieve a PhD from an Indian government university in this subject (dravyaguna).
