This can lead to indigestion, distension, internal wind and heartburn. The herbs we have used in this blend seek to support the acid/alkaline balance. It has been shown anecdotally to help those of us who suffer a nervous stomach or have stressful jobs which lead to increased acidity in the bowel. Ideal for the First Aid cabinet.
