Unconscious persistent discharge of urine in bed primarily by children but adults may be similarly affected. Possible hereditary tendency. Some cases psychological in origin i.e. lack of security/marital disharmony etc. Adenoid or worms sometimes responsible.
Loss of tone in the sphincter muscle of the bladder/general nervous debility.
