Hay Fever. Inflammation of mucous membranes of the nose. Attacks of sneezing, nasal discharge and blocked nose. May include conjunctivitis, sore throat and deafness from obstruction in the Eustahian tubes. Cause may be a wide range of allergens from house dust, pollen (in May and June) , food additives , colourings in foods and drinks. May also be accompanied by nasal polyps.

Information :
Avoid dairy products, caffeine drinks and alcohol entirely during the hay fever season. Low fat yoghurt contains an antihistamine. Eat abundant grated carrot for vitamin A. Green Tea. Raw vegetable salad once daily

Hay Fever may simulate allergy to cow's milk (in children).
As a possible preventative, two garlic capsules at night for 1-2 months before season begins.
